RN Manager

Description:
Responsibilities include organizing, directing and coordination of chemotherapy nursing staff, LPN’s assisting physicians, Vitals/MA personnel and have collaborative oversight to pharmacy techs and social worker at our Decatur Clinic. Ensures adherence to departmental policies, and to established nursing procedures, standards, and practices.
Education/Experience:
R.N. license with one year previous leadership/management experience and two years oncology experience preferred, BSN and OCN preferred. BLS certified required. Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
