From Huntsville - (via I-565 West)
Take I-565 West toward Decatur, continue under I-65, merge with US 31 South, continue across River Bridge. Turn left onto 8th St SE at McDonald's heading toward Decatur General Hospital. Turn left on 14th Avenue SE after passing Decatur General Hospital ER. Turn left into Plaza II parking lot. Office is located on the second floor, Suite 200.
From Athens - (via US 31 South)
Take US 31 South towards Decatur, continue across River Bridge. Turn left onto 8th St SE at McDonald's heading toward Decatur General Hospital. Clearview Cancer Institute is in the office of Dr. Lawrence Herberholz across the street from the Scottsboro Police Department and the Public Library.

From Highway 231
Travel East on Airport Road, turn left on Hospital Drive, enter Crestwood Medical Center parking lot. Clearview Cancer Institute is in right side medical tower (connected to Crestwood Medical Center).

Athens Location
Dr. Brian Mathews of Clearview sees patients in Athens on Wednesdays between 8 am and 3 pm by appointment.
The office is located on the third floor of the Athens-Limestone Hospital, at 700 Market Street West in Athens. For information or an appointment, please call (256) 705-4224 or toll-free 1-888-374-1015.
Parking
Please park on the west side of the hospital in the Emergency Room Parking area.
Entering ALH
- Please use the doors located between Admitting and the Emergency Department labeled Cardiovasculr Clinic.
- Go through the doors located in the Primecare waiting area.
- Take the first elevator on the right.
- Go to the 3rd floor.
- You will be facing the Oncology Clinic when you step off the elevator. Go to the glass section window and sign in.
