West on Governors Drive, Right on 14th Street then Left on CCI Drive.

From Madison & I-65

East on I-565, take exit 17B Governors Drive, Left at 14th Street then Left on CCI Drive.

From Scottsboro

Take 72 West to I-565 West, Take Jordan Lane exit, Right on Jordan, Right on Holmes, Right on 14th Street then Right on CCI Drive.

From Huntsville - (via I-565 West)

Take I-565 West toward Decatur, continue under I-65, merge with US 31 South, continue across River Bridge. Just past 2nd light, take left on Lafayette Street, Clearview office is on left just past Motel 6.

From Athens - (via US 31 South)

Take US 31 South towards Decatur, continue across River Bridge. Just past 2nd light, take left on Lafayette Street, Clearview office is on left just past Motel 6.

In Decatur

From 6th Avenue North (US 31) heading toward river, take right on Lafayette Street (just before Church Street), Clearview office is on left just past Motel 6.

Clearview Cancer Institute is in the office of Dr. Lawrence Herberholz across the street from the Scottsboro Police Department and the Public Library.

Travel East on Airport Road, turn left on Hospital Drive, enter Crestwood Medical Center parking lot. Clearview Cancer Institute is in right side medical tower (connected to Crestwood Medical Center).

Dr. Brian Mathews of Clearview sees patients in Athens on Wednesdays between 8 am and 3 pm by appointment.
