Dr. Lobo received his medical degree from St. John's Medical College in Bangalore, India. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, where he was awarded intern of the year and best outgoing resident. He completed his Hematology Oncology fellowship at Wake Forest University where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Lobo is board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, the American Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Lobo is well known to the Decatur area as he been in practice there since 2004. He has been active in clinical research throughout his career, and brings a combination of broad research knowledge and compassionate patient care to Clearview Cancer Institute.
