Pharmacy
Clearview Cancer Institute’s Pharmacy at the Russel Hill location is a full-service pharmacy located on the first floor near the elevators. Our pharmacy is available to anyone in the community for prescription purchases.
Prescription Refill Policy
Our office policy does not allow us to refill prescriptions after office hours or on weekends. Due to medical and legal considerations, we can refill prescriptions during office hours only. This strict policy allows us to maintain accurate records and avoid inappropriate refills. If you will be running out of your mediation prior to your next scheduled visit, have your pharmacist call in the prescription refill request to our office. Please allow at least a 24 hour turn-around.Prescriptions for any type of narcotic will require a written prescription from the physician and must be picked up at our office. Narcotic prescriptions cannot be called in.
Please obtain your refills during physician visits (have a list of refills ready for your physician at the time of your visit).
We refill prescriptions during office hours only.

In the event that you need to call our office and request a prescription refill, please provide the receptionist with complete and accurate information, such as:
- Patient’s full legal name
- Patient’s date of birth
- The name of the patient’s Radiation Oncologist
- Location at which you are receiving treatment
- Name of drug and dosage needed
- Pharmacy name and phone number
- A phone number where you may be reached
