The pharmacy is located at the Russel Hill location on the first floor, near the elevators. We are open ALL DAY Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Located on the first floor of Clearview Cancer Institute, our staff knows exactly what your physician requires for your care during your visit he will electronically send your prescription to our pharmacy while you are here. All you have to do is pick it up on your way out! It’s just that easy!
No more worrying about whether another pharmacy will have your medication on hand, no more waiting in line at a drive-thru or standing for long periods of time in a busy drugstore.
Have a family member who also needs medications filled or re-filled? Simple, just tell our staff and we will handle those prescriptions too!
Are You A Clearview Patient & Need A Refill?
If you are a Clearview patient and need a refill, please follow these guidelines:
- Bring your list of refills you will need to your physician at your next visit.
- If you will be running out of your medication prior to your next scheduled visit, have your pharmacist call in the prescription refill request to our office: 256.705.4216.
- Allow a 24- hour turn around please and remember that we can refill prescriptions during office hours only.
- Narcotic prescriptions will require a written prescription from your physician and you must pick up the written prescription at our office (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
When calling us for a prescription refill, please have this information ready:
- Clearview Patient’s Full Legal Name
- Clearview Patient’s Date of Birth
- The Name of the Clearview Patient’s Physician
- Clearview Office Location Where You Are Receiving Treatment
- Name of Drug and Dosage Needed
- Pharmacy Name and Phone Number
- A Daytime Phone number Where You May Be Reached
