The Sandra J. Bryant Breast Cancer Support Group, better known as “Bosom Buddies” meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm in the East Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (3rd Floor, Russel Hill location). Each month, our group will give you the support you need, and provide the latest information about breast cancer from physicians and healthcare specialists. Caregivers Support Group
A support group for anyone providing care to a loved one. Led by a licensed social worker from Hospice Family Care. Group members receive encouragement, advice, and insight to help address their emotional needs. This group meets the 1st and 3rd Mondays from 9-10am at Clearview Cancer Institute, Russel Hill location, 3rd Floor Board Room. For more information, call Hospice Family Care @ (256) 650-1212.
Christian Cancer Support Group
Cancer survivors and their families meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm in the Community Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (2nd Floor, Russel Hill location).

Clearview Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program
This program, also known as CAYAC, is for young cancer survivors between the ages of 18-35 years old. This group provides the opportunity for young adults to meet and share their stories and provide emotional suppport and assistance when returning to work or school. CAYAC meets monthly at a time and location decided by the group. They may have a guest speaker, go out to dinner, or just grab a coffee one night. Coping with Cancer
The group is led by Ron Williams, M.S. in Counseling, Pastoral Counselor. He has also authored several books dealing with grief and loss. This class is for patients as well as family members but more designed for patients. It is a group style class that allows patients to talk about what they are going through and what is “normal” for cancer patients. The class will help patients gain a sense of empowerment, improve coping skills, reduce stress and anxiety, and provide support.
Coping with Cancer meets twice a month at the Russel Hill location, 3rd floor, East Room, 10:00am-11:00am. Please check our event calendar under the patient information tab for the meeting days.
Leukemia-Lymphoma Support Group

Lilies of the Valley
A gynecologic cancer support and awareness group for women living with an ovarian, cervical, uterine/endometrial, vaginal, or vulvar cancer diagnosis. Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in the Community Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (2nd Floor, Russel Hill location). Support for People with Oral and Head and Neck Cancer, Inc. Provides support and encourangement to newly diagnosed patients, survivors, family members, and friends. Survivors discuss their situations, experiences, coping strategies, and hopes. Educational programs will also be presented at some meetings. This group meets the first Wednesday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00pm in the Board Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (3rd Floor, Russel Hill locaiton).
