Clearview Cancer Institute (CCI) is welcoming two physicians to its team of oncologists in order to enhance services, expand offerings, and be the source of excellent cancer care to patients in North Alabama.
With this partnership, Clearview Cancer Institute CCI is joining with the medical oncology division of North Alabama Cancer Center (NACC), formerly Northwest Alabama Cancer Center. This will provide three locations in the Shoals and welcome James Patrick Daugherty, MD, to its team of oncologists. Dr. Patrick Daugherty has provided cancer care in the Shoals for more than four decades. He will begin seeing patients at Clearview Cancer Institute on January 17, 2023.
CCI will also offer patients and providers two locations in Decatur and welcome Naveen T. Lobo, MD. Dr. Lobo has provided cancer care in Decatur for nearly two decades. He will continue to see patients at his current location, 1310 14th Avenue SE in Decatur, starting January 2, 2023.

The addition of Dr. Daugherty increases the Clearview Cancer Institute-Shoals provider team to four physicians and five advanced practice providers. The addition of Dr. Lobo increases the Clearview Cancer Institute-Decatur provider team to four physicians and seven advanced practice providers. This brings the entire medical staff to more than 60 providers and 13 locations for patients across North Alabama.
