Jordan Weaver, CRNP

Jordan, a native of the Shoals area, joined the CCI team in 2025. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2010 and began her nursing career at ECM Hospital on the Oncology/Palliative Care floor. While continuing to work as an RN, she attended South University and received a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2016. Prior to joining CCI, Jordan worked for many years at Avalon Medical Center where she gained experience in Primary Care.

Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and their two sons, Brookman and Beckett. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, reading or listening to audiobooks, and shopping.
