Deborah Ding, Nurse Practitioner

Deborah Ding is originally from Tennessee where she was an LPN for Metro Nashville General Hospital for 21 years before joining the Clearview staff in 2005 as a transplant coordinator. After completing her B.S. degree in Nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, NY, she became the Clinical Director for our Stem Cell Transplant program until it’s transition to Huntsville Hospital. Deborah became a nurse navigator in 2011 but then wanted to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner. In 2015 she completed a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. She is a member of the Alabama Cancer Congress, North Alabama Nurse Practitioner’s Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. In her free time she enjoys nature, gardening, and traveling with her husband, Jeff, an engineer at NASA.
