Stefanie Spence, Nurse Practitioner

Stefanie started her nursing career in 2010 as a Registered Nurse in the CVICU at Huntsville Hospital. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University and later completed her Master’s degree at the University of Alabama. In 2015, she became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and worked as a Hospitalist at Decatur Morgan Hospital. In 2021, she moved into nephrology, working with Dr. Gladish at Nephrology of North Alabama. Stefanie joined CCI in late 2025 as an inpatient Advanced Practice Provider.

Stefanie has lived in Morgan County all her life. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, her two grown children, and her English Mastiffs, Finn and Freya.
