Theresia Roach, NP

Theresia started her healthcare journey as a first responder with her local fire department. This led her to become a certified EMT-I. While working in EMS, she earned an associate’s degree in nursing in 2000. For more than 15 years, Theresia cared for patients at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama. She went on to complete her master’s degree in nursing, focusing on Family Medicine, at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2014. Before joining CCI in 2026, she worked in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Wound Care. Theresia grew up in Savannah, Tennessee, and is thankful for the chance to care for patients across North Alabama. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and animals.
