Theresia Roach, NP

Theresia began her healthcare career as a first responder with her rural community fire department. This experience inspired her to become a certified EMT-I. While working in EMS, she continued her education and earned an associate’s degree in nursing in 2000. Theresia spent over 15 years caring for patients at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama, working in the ER, CCU, Cath Lab, Cath Lab recovery, and Ambulatory. She completed her master’s degree in nursing, specializing in Family Medicine, at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2014. Before joining CCI in 2026, she worked in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Wound Care. Originally from Savannah, Tennessee, she is grateful for the opportunity to care for patients throughout North Alabama. Outside of work, Theresia enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking, and she loves spending time with her family, friends, and animals.
